Location – Gloucestershire, UK

Full-Time/Part-Time – Shift Work

 

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team at Multilink Management Care LTD, where we provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health, well-being, and quality of life of those in our care.

 

Key Responsibilities

– Assist client’s with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.


– Support our clients with medication administration, following prescribed guidelines and procedures.


– Promote and support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients through meaningful interactions and activities.


– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided, including observations, incidents, and changes in our clients’ conditions.


– Collaborate with the care coordinators and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are implemented effectively.


– Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients & staff adhering to health and safety regulations and infection control standards.


– Engage in continuous professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge in care practices.

Qualifications and Skills

– NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is preferred.

– Previous experience in a care setting is desirable.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.

– A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of our clients.

– Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

– A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
