We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistants to join our team at Multilink Management Care LTD, where we provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health, well-being, and quality of life of those in our care.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients.
– Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
– Administer medications and maintain accurate records where required.
– Support and mentor junior care staff, ensuring they provide excellent care.
– Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and families.
– Conduct regular assessments and reviews to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
– Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other staff members.
Requirements
– Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in domiciliary care.
– Relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– A genuine passion for providing personalized, high-quality care.
– A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is desirable.
